Creating a Plan Together
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will identify areas of focus and develop a plan that supports your healing and growth.
You may also receive recommendations for resources, reflection exercises, or practices to explore between sessions to support your progress.

Before Your First Appointment
Please complete all intake and consent forms through the client portal prior to your scheduled appointment. Completing these forms in advance allows us to make the most of our time together during your first session.
